Unable to burn DVD

I am trying to burn a DVD but get the message "General Error:  The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system".

I have installed the FFDSHOW decoder as instructed in the troubleshooting section but still get the same message.

As usual, no other help or contact available so relying on others to help....

  I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM... AND I DONT KNOW HPWHAT TO DO...
