My realplayer keeps crashing

When I try and make any videos work it says "Realplayer has stopped working."

I have already tried...

1-turning my computer off and on again-no change.
2-downloading and redownloading real player three times. No change and now I can't find any of the vids that were in my cloud at all. And the others crash my Realplayer when I try and play them.
3-going to real.com, which gives me-https://realtimes.real.com/error/502

 

I already paid for the updates to avoid losing everything in my cloud and I still lost every single thing in my cloud.

 

How do I sort these problems out please?

  I’ve had problems using this software with every version and on every computer that I’ve ever had. Too bad. I love the features but they never work reliably and their support is never helpful in solving the problem
