Realplayer unable to convert
I have been messing with this all day long and I am so frustrated at this point. I downloaded all of my music into your library which took forever, now EVERY single time I try to convert the WMA file to a MP3 I get the same error as everyone else- RealConverter has stopped working. I have done every single thing in the comments you have said to do, deleted temp file, downloaded updates and nothing fixes this problem. I spent hours getting my music onto your site for absolutely no reason. This is extremely frustrating.
This is insane. I have spent my entire weekend reading through the comments, trying every fix that you say is going to work, uninstalling and re-installing- which by the way deleted my library despite you stating it would not, so then I had to reload everything and guess what!??? STILL DOES NOT WORK. You have been saying for 2 years that you "identified the problem and have fixed it" well YOU HAVENT because I have wasted and entire weekend doing your "fixes" with no outcome at all. This is what is called bad business, word of mouth goes a lot way these days and I for one will be telling everyone that will listen NOT TO USE REALPLAYER because its a waste of money, a waste of time and you get absolutely no outcome.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had. If you haven't already, would recommend trying the steps from System errors, faults, or freezes when using RealPlayer to resolve this issue.
If the problem persists, please let us know if this is happening with all .wma files that you try to convert or just particular ones. Also, please make sure the .wma files that you are experiencing this issue with all play in RealPlayer as, typically, files that don't play won't convert either.
