realplayer has stopped working massage

 I updated my realplayer and now I keep getting "realplayer has stopped working" message. I am using windows 10 but I was still able to play my videos before the update. I have tried to switch back to the previous version but it is still the same.

  We are aware of this issue and customers using RealPlayer on a Windows 10 PC may be affected by an incompatibility with the most recent Windows 10 update (KB4013429).  We are working to resolve this incompatibility; we will sen you an email as soon as a fix has been released.

  In the meantime, to play your videos, you will need to temporarily uninstall this update (KB4013429). For more information about uninstalling Windows updates, visit the Microsoft support site:
