RealPlayer crashing
Hello:
After I installed the latest Windows 10 March 2017 update, RealPlayer will not play any videos on my hard drive. After I click on the thumbnail in my Library, the program crashes. Videos on RealCloud play fine, however.
Other programs like Windows "Movies & TV" play those same locally-stored videos OK with no problems.
Any ideas?

I have had this problem for quite a while. I am trying to use Real Downloader. I jhave asked for help from Real before but in all their wisdom, after I told them I had reinstalled it with no change, they told me to reinstall it. :(
I did again and there is no change. I go to Youtube and find some videos I wish to download and start them. Maybe three or four.
It starts fine and continues to download. I get a Message saying RealDownloader has stopped working. EVERY time. It asks me to close program but I do not click on it until my downloads complete. Yes, they continue to download.
As soon as they are downloaded I close the program and restart it. Same thing happens again.
This happens every time, not once in a while but every time
Anyone have any ideas what the problem is?
I am running Windows 10. I have 16 gig of ram and a I-7 processor0
