videos don't play anymore

I bought rights to real media to use in my Sunday school class and it doesn't work anymore, Is there a problem? Are you going to fix it or tell me how I can?

  Thank you for contacting RealNetworks Support regarding the inability to play videos because RealPlayer stopped working.
  
  As you know, this issue was related to a recent Windows 10 update.
  
  We're happy to let you know that Microsoft announced a new update on March 20 (KB4015438) that corrects this issue. This update can be downloaded and installed from Windows Update. For more information, visit:
