Unable to play videos in Chrome

RealPlayer kept popping up a message asking if I wanted to open the video (wmv) in RealPlayer and if I clicked no, then the video would not play. I made the mistake of clicking a checkbox that was labeled something like "remember my choice" and now nothing happens when I click the video link on the web page. I've tried uninstalling RealPlayer Plus and that hasn't helped.  Why is RealPlayer disabling my ability to choose whatever video player I want to use?  How do I resolve this problem? I'm pretty pissed off after paying $40 to upgrade!!!

  Real downloader stopped downloading my youtube videos!!!!

  You can resolve this issue by reinstalling RealPlayer.
