when I try to burn my videos an error comes up it needs a codec? what codec and were do I get it.I am trying to burn videos taken from a phone. if I need to convert them how do I do that so I can burn them on here?

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to burning videos. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try burning the videos again.
