Purchased Real Player Plus through e-mail upgrade offer

I purchased Real Player Plus through an upgrade offer, because my previous version would no longer let me sign in, it was probably 5 years old. I made the purchase on 2/14/2017 and was able to burn dvd's, however I had to remain connected to the internet to do that, I use to be able to burn dvd's off line. Yesterday, a message popped up when I went to burn a dvd saying I needed to update so I clicked ok. After it updated I no longer had the RealPlayer plus that I had purchased just a little over a month ago, When I sign into my account it gives me the option to purchase realplayer plus. I have purchased the program and paid for and upgrade and now in order to burn dvd's I have to pay for another update? Help, how do I get my RealPlayer Plus that I paid for back?
