Pics and videos won’t play...

Some of my videos and pics are gone. I can still see the play button but they won’t play. I was told that an email was sent saying that they would not be available after a certain date. I am really upset because these were the only pics of my granddaughter during Christmas, etc. Is there anything that can be done? This was the only place I chose to store them.
