same problem as others: RealPlayer not uploading into cloud
As per other posts: no uploading (into Cloud) since latest windows 10 update (hmmm....). I have cleared the cache of 'transferring', which always shows 27% despite having no activity (no files) being transferred. I see that there is also next to the transfers a yellow exclamation point, and it also always shows 0/5. I also fooled around with the 'preferences,' and deleted the Real.com programs, and then reinstalled them. This is for both video clips and photos. So what happened as of say, Thursday? No error messages, and they play from my via the Realplayer, but do not upload to cloud. I also have an unlimited account.

To resolve this issue, try signing out and re-sign into RealTimes application. In addition you can also follow the article:

If you are still unable to upload videos, please provide the following information:
• Did you receive any error messages? What does it say?
• Did you try uploading videos via RealTimes web app (https://realtimes.real.com/account)?
• What version of RealTimes app is installed?
• What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)?
