Converter issue

Is Realplayer converter works with Windows10? If not, say so. Download button not working too. But still I can put URL and download. But Right there you try to convert it to MP3, it hangs up, do nothing, say nothing. On Internet many people complaining about Real Converter, but Realplayer offres no solution except to clean junk files or reinstall or bla bla...

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to convert/playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try converting the videos again.
