Real Times/Real Player Plus
I have purchased realplayer plus and/or realtimes on more than one occasion. Every now and then (eight months/year or so) it disappears. I now have only real player on my computer and can no longer burn dvds. Realtimes/plus is a purchase, yes? Not a rental. Why does it do this and can I please get it back. Again, I have purchased it more than once. Also, my email has changed to hxxxxxxx@xxx.com, but I cannot find a place to update this. It's quite difficult to contact you guys. May I please get some tech support? Thanks
Bill

I tried to sign in I get a message that says I'm currently not connected to real times so I can't access any of my purchased plus features

Anthony,
To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
