after installing realplayer I can't sign up. the program stucks

Would you please give us more details about what happens when you try to sign in:
- Is it crashing after typing in your email and password?
- Are you receiving an error message? What is the message?
In the meantime, please re-install RealPlayer as described below and try to sign in again:
