Button no longer drops down and when I launch downloader from Real Player my click does nothing

This began sometime yesterday.  Everything was going well before then.  Nothing changed on my computer so it must be on your end.

  Sorry to hear the issue persists. Please try restarting RealDownloader to overcome the problem:

  1. Click the arrow icon near the bottom right of your monitor screen to open the system tray. 2. Click the RealPlayer icon. 3. Select Restart RealDownloader. Then, close and re-open your browser. You should be able to download videos again.
