Unable to download / No videos to download on this page

Hi
I'm trying real downloader to download a video on youtube. But I get this:
"No videos to download on this page" I've tried everything on this page:

https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204169018--No-videos-to-download-on-this-page -

If I try the last one to use realplayer as a browser. I get this: "Unable to download" Are there other ways to do this?

  Simply reinstalling RealPlayer should resolve this issue.
