Real Player is a SCAM

Real player has lots of hangups and i am tired of it and want my 40.00 dollar refunded back to my credit card and if you do not fix Real Player like it should be this guy is ten & four out the door with this crap, so will be looking for my refund so i can cancel out of this mess.

  All i ever wanted to do with Real Player was to be able to download and burn videos to DVD but now that even appears to be impossible and now i wonder what will be next, i need to get out of this mess.
