videos not appearing on library screen
Using Real Player 18 on laptop powered by Windows 7.
When I go to the library screen the original video is there & I can play it.
Recently I purchased Replay Converter 6 from Applian Tech to help with converting videos into different formats & to improve the quality [in this case to have the voice match the person speaking]. I have been using this software recently without any problems.
The problem I just encountered: when I go to the library screen, the video I just converted does not appear like it has in the past. When I go to the C:\Users\Gordy\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader, the video appears & I can play it on Windows Media Player. The original version of the video is also there. When I go to Replay Converter 6 screen I look into the property screen & this appears:
C:\Users\Gordy\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader\History of the Eagles Part 1.mp4.
This problem has never happened before, how do I correct it so the converted video shows up in the library screen.
Thanks

If you are using a different program to convert formats like RePlay Converter 6, you will need to contact them. We are not aware how they convert files. RealPlayer simply adds media files available in the PC to its library.
