Thumbnails Not Showing Pictures

Videos are displayed as blue box thumbnails instead of thumbnail pictures! How do I fix that in Windows 11? I am on lastest release as os 1/2023.

  Thumbnails now showing in the folders are more related to a Windows issue. Here are some instructions to fix it. If these don't work, you may need to contact Microsoft.
