DVDとCDへの書き込みができません

新品のDVD-Rを使っても「Disk is not writable」とエラーが出て書き込めません。

realplayerおよびプラグインを再インストールしても書き込めませんでした。

対処方法などはないでしょうか。

  Please make sure the DVD disk is blank. If it is not blank, you will see this error. Only with DVD-R/W disks will you be able to burn even if there is something already on it. Also, please make sure your RealPlayer is looking at the same drive as your DVD drive the disk is inserted. Sometimes, users may have multiple DVD drives. RealPlayer will always look at the primary one. If you have multiple DVD drives, you can change it under RealPlayer's Preferences.
