Cannot burn cds in Express-tells me I have to buy premium-cannot find a way to contact Real Player

  You can only burn audio CDs with Downloader Express. If you want to burn MP3 CDs or DVDs, you will need RealPlayer Plus. What type of CD burning are you choosing?
