Cannot convert to mp3

When I click on convert I get a message that says "drag files here to convert." 
I am not given an option to drag any file to the box. Need to know how to correct this. Thanks.

  Please follow these steps to convert.

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on the video you want to convert -->Edit --> Convert.
  3. Choose MP3 as your "Convert to".
  4. Click Start.

  If you are opening RealConverter separately, you will have drag and drop your files there.
