I have paid and upgraded my account to Plus but I can't access the details of my account.  You keep trying to sell me another upgrade.  I have windows 10 if that matters.  I very rarely have a need to use RealPlayer but I like knowing it's there if I need it.  Back in the day I had no problem with RealPlayer when it was free but now that I have chosen to pay for the service...well...go figure.

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020 associated with your email address. First, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Plus features. 

  There are 2 ways you can check your account status.

  1. You can go to Account Settings from RealPlayer. Once you are signed in, click your name on the top right corner and click Account Settings

  2. Click https://realtimes.real.com/account#login and sign into with your email address. Once you are signed in, click your name on the top right corner and click Account Settings.
