Why can Real Player 20/20 not find a  TV/Film video that I know does exist?

That previous versions of Real Player could, did

Puts up the ' Sorry, Real Payer cannot find that video' message.

  Discover is a different tool and not a true search engine. You can still search for your videos using a web browser and download videos from there using our Downloader. If you want Web Videos, you will have to install the earlier version RealPlayer v.18.
