Unable to Burn DVD in windows 10

No disc burner compatible with the Real Player video burn feature could be found. To burn video clips connect a disc burner to your computer and then restart Real Player.

  You are seeing this message for these 2 reasons.

  1. RealPlayer is not installed correctly.
  2. You have more than 1 DVD drive.

  Please reinstall RealPlayer to fix any incorrect installations. If you have more than 1 DVD drive, you will have to assign the correct DVD drive. You can do this in Preferences --> CD --> CD Burner and assign the Default Recordable Drive to the right drive.
