    If you are trying to play a video in the Cloud that has not been played for a long time, it basically goes to "sleep" mode. When you try to play such a video, it will "wake" up and therefore may take a while to process the playback. 

    Since you converted it to MP4, did you upload it recently? You could try using RealConverter to convert them to MP4 and upload it.
