New Subscription

I just downloaded a new version of Real Player (20.0.2.314). I think I am still being billed fro the old version (15). I would like to add Real Player Plus to this downloaded version. and cancel payment for old version. How do I do that?

  We see you have active RealTimes Premium (Monthly) plan. You don't have to cancel this subscription if you want to continue to use the service. All you need to do is sign into RealPlayer with your email address so your paid service is activated.
