unable to download videos in 2020 plus

i have purchased and downloaded 2020 plus and when i click on download button i get the message unable to download

  Can you please follow these steps:
  
  

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
