need to speak to someone about changing some information on my account. Has been a long time since I have done this before, has some wrong information on the account. Any help will be appreciated, thank you very much.

I need to change some of my emails and your system won't let me add another email

You say there is a onetime payment. Does that you are subscribed for life?

And Is it possible that I subscribed to a plan awhile back? If I did do I need to pay again.
