renew subscription

I canceled my subscription awhile back and want to restart it. I signed up online but when I try to renew everything is grayed out and nothing happens.There is no link for this that works. What can I do?

  We see an active RealTimes Premium (Monthly) account under your email address recently re-subscribed. Your account is in good standing.
