Hi there, I paid extra to have the ability to download playlists.  I'm attempting to download a playlist from Instagram and the downloader let's me get as far as selecting the videos I want from the playlist then when I click "download" it works for a bit with the message "queuing videos" then nothing...what am I doing wrong?

  Are you able to download single videos? Also, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your Downloader Express.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Hi there, yes I can download single videos.  The version on the details tab is 2020.12.09.0

  We are also seeing this happen. It only downloads the first video but not the others even though it detects. We have escalated this to our engineering team. Apologize for the inconvenience.
