cant sign in with facebook

I have paid for RealPlayer and when i did that in version 18 i was signed in with the Facebook option.
Now I cant sign in at all after updating to newest RP, the sign in with FB does not work.
And if I try with "forgot password" option so when i put my email in the box it says i must use the sign in with FB that is not working... Tried already using a different computer and same problem.

  To change from Facebook/Google login to using your email address and password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://realtimes.real.com/myaccount
  2. If you are not already signed in, click Facebook or Google (depending on how you setup your account) and sign in.
  3. Click your name on the top-right corner of the browser and click Account Settings.
  4. The Account Settings page opens. On this page you can set a password by clicking Create Password.
