I have fitted a msi nvidea geforce gt 730 in my desktop computer to replace integrated graphics. I can download videos but on play back only get audio with no video - the same result for old downloaded videos as well as new. Old videos recorded with ipad work with audo and video. Can you please assist.

I have realplayer 20.0.1.306 installed  with win10

  Thank you for your quick response however my question states quit clearly no video but audio not the other way round.

  We apologize for the wrong information. Does your computer have 2 Display adapters?

  Can you try playing the same video with a different media player like Windows Media player and let us know if the video is displayed.
