Unable to download playlist from You Tube

Hi, I have the latest version of RP (2020) and the latest version of RPD (20.0.1.306). The downloader is able to download individual videos from youtube but not playlists. Please provide ETA for a fix. Thanks,

  You seem to have a very old version of RealPlayer installed. Please install from www.real.com and sign in to ensure you have the latest version.
