I keep getting end of file :error  parsing ac3 audio stream whenever  I attempt to burn a DVD

  This error usually means that the video you are trying to burn have some codecs that are not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn. One solution would be to use RealConverter and convert it to a different video format. You could also convert this file back to .MP4 using RealConverter.

  What is the version of RealPlayer installed? Here are instructions to know what version you currently have.

  You can also uninstall RealPlayer and reinstall from www.real.com to make sure you have the latest version.
