Real Player says "Not Responding".

When I click on Realplayer on radio stations requiring an external player, nothing happens. When I try to close it, nothing happens and I can't get it to close. 

I have to bring up my Taskbar where it says Realplayer is not responding. Any suggestions? I downloaded the latest version of it. I am using Windows 10.

  Can you please send us a screenshot of the radio stations you are referring to? We don't have this feature in our latest version.

  Can you also please let us know what version is installed?
