No videos to download on this website

In the last few days I am unable to download videos using Chrome and Firefox. Internet Explorer has no problems. I've used Realplayer 20/20 and then uninstalled and reinstalled Realplayer 18.1.19.204 but it didn't resolve the problem. I've seen others with the same issue but haven't seen a fix from Realplayer support yet.The videodl version is 2021.01.16. Please recommend a fix for this annoying problem.

  Can you please provide us with a sample URL of the video you are trying to download using Chrome or Firefox? We can test it in-house. Also, can you please let us know if you are seeing the Downloader button in Chrome and Firefox?
