Unable to download March 2021

Since updating RealPlayer recently, I can no longer download videos from Facebook.  My RealDownloader seems to be to date as well. I'm not having any issues with YouTube.  Would love to get this working as soon as possible.  Thanks.

  Can you please let us know what happens when you try to download a video from Facebook? It is advisable to open the video in a separate web browser and then download.
