Stilll no luck downloading videos on youtube with realplayer

I've been trying for 3 days to get realplayer to download from youtube but nothings working.I tried evetything from realplayers support page and I've also tried other pages but nothinss working.I've tried firefox,internet explorer,Google Chrome and even microsoft edge and I can't get it work.Any help that someone has I'll try,thanks.

  We identified the problem regarding the inability to download videos from YouTube and fixed it now. YouTube made some changes on their end so it broke our Downloader's compatibility. Here is what you should do to update the Downloader.

  1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action may still show "Unable to download" message)
  2. Close all Windows,
  3. Restart your PC.

  Now try downloading your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

  Yes, ME TOO it's been weeks since Version 20.0.3.331......

  Still waiting!

  Do the people at real player ACTUALLY READ these Posts?

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  i can download videos on youtube and realplayer either
