Real Downloader

I am not able to download videos with RealPlayer 20/20, Google Chrome and Windows 7, so am getting the error message 'unable to download' when I try to download a video. Here is an example of a video which won't download.

I have tried downloading to RealPlayer downloads, desktop, Documents, and Libraries/videos and had no luck. I enclose a screenshot of the error message I am receiving.

Can you download it from your end?.

  We have a known issue with Facebook videos. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

  I have the same problem with YouTube videos and I have been able to download some FaceBook videos.

  Here is an example of a video I cannot download with Realdownloader from YouTube.
