    I am just a Lady, for 3 weeks have been looking for a Solution to MY PROBLEM. With that out of the way:

    On or about the 2nd of Jan this year, you paid 39.99 and 4.99 monthly, THEN you as I did UPGRADED?

    Then I would Suggest you open the real Player and Sign in.

    That is the one thats on your system now. If It does not automatically upgrade you to the premium status, and whatever your paying 4.99 monthly for, the YOU have been Hit like I have, by this company, and should Cancil, and request refund.

    That can be done, by signing in, the going to premium plans in your account, and click on Cancil.

    I did the real downloader thing that told me 1 TIME CHARGE for 24.99 EXPRESS DOWNLOADER as they called it, and checked my account at the bank, THEY TOLD me it was a RECURRING CHARGE MONTHLY. OH! And my problem?:

    I am STILL UNABLE to download Videos from YOU TUBE except by my Mobile. I am still waiting on a Solution.
