Unable to Download after running fixes
I have followed all the fixes suggested and I still have problems downloading individual videos from some sites. Although the videos will play I still get "unable to download". Please help without repeating what is already available in blogs, comments etc I am using a PC and Win10 all up to date. All this started after updating and installing the latest version of Realplayer. The old version worked fine. Please, please help.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

I'm having the same problem. When I first upgraded to the new RealPlayer my downloader worked until I did the first update, then it stopped working. I've had the same problem with earlier versions of RealPlayer. In past versions the "FIX" was to revert to my previous version but then I don't have the advanced features I paid for. I followed the above instructions and provided the info below as well as my version of windows and Google Chrome.

Version 116.0.5845.188 (Official Build) (64-bit)
My PC:
Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2

Bobby,
We were able to download the video without a problem. Interesting that you are not able to even though you have the correct downloader version. We will send you an email and take this offline.
