Real Dopwnloader is STILL not working

Real Player wants me to upgrade and pay for their product. While the free version, still doesn't work.. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and done everything on their website, that is supposed to fix this problem. Of the different sites and different videos I've watched. Only about 3% of them, actually are downloaded. The rest are either not recognized, or I am told "Unable To Download." If the free version soes not work? Why the hell, would I pay for a version?

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

  Please note: You can't download from all websites that host videos. Some of them are blocked due to copyrights reasons.
