This is unable to start and you can't end the process either in task manager. So I guess one just uninstalls and finds something else.?

  Are you seeing any specific message regarding SAFRSCAN.EXE? Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the message? In the meanwhile, please reinstall RealPlayer. Something may not have installed correctly in the first place.
