Unable to reset password
I had to do a reboot on my computer. i redownloaded RealPlayer and forgot my password. i was able to sign-in online using google, but i can't sign-in on the program. i've tried changing my password online and is told that me password need to be over three characters when im entering a full password. i've clicked on the forgot passwrd link and tried it through my email. i enter a new password and receive

The reason you are getting Technical difficulties when trying to reset your password is because you have not set a password directly with us. You have created your account by using Google as your login.
