Realplayer downloader express upgrade takes over

Recently whenever I try to download a video - set to faster download - it constantly loads the realplayer downloader express option and will not allow a download to occur.  The screen is larger than shown but I cannot scroll down to see if there is anything to change.  When I close the box, the video will still not download.  I can see that the upgrade option is only supposed to come up when you choose the high quality option, it is not supposed to come up when you chose faster download.

  An upgrade prompt will show up if you choose faster downloads or higher quality option. This is how it has been always. As a free user, you can only download videos at 720p resolution when available.

  I know this.  I am choosing the 720p resolution and the upgrade message still comes up - we have tried on multiple computers and browsers without any success.

  Can you please send us the link for a 720p video so we can test it in-house.
