  Can you please let us know the following:

  • Are you signed into RealPlayer?
  • Have you set your RealDownloader to download up to 4k? (See screenshot below)
  • What is URL of a video in 1080p that you are seeing that downloads in 320p? Please note: You can download the video in higher quality if available.
