Downloading Videos from Facebook.
RealDownloader can't find and Download most videos from Facebook, although I understand there has been an issue with this which I presume is still not resolved. I enclose an example of a video which I can't download. Can you download it from your end.

We are able to download this video and videos from Facebook in general. This issue was fixed a few weeks ago.
Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.

You do have the correct version. Can you please do this and let us know what happens.
Click the same Facebook video and play it in Expanded mode. Please click the Download button and let us know what happens.

It still won't download videos on facebook after clicking download in expanded mode as you'll see below. Is this expanded mode?.

That is expanded mode and we are not sure why you are still seeing this issue. We sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
