changing email address

I am trying to change my email address, but old one has not been verified and no verification emails has been received despite numerous requests. Cannot find anyway to email you direct so before old email address ceases to exist, I want to change it.

  Roy,

  Please provide the email address you want to change to. We can do it for you on our end. We are making changes to the Verify process, so that won't work at this time.

  We have changed your email address on your account to said@urbanplannereg.com.

  You can simply sign out and sign back into RealPlayer with said@urbanplannereg.com.
