When do you get this error message? Would you be able to provide more details and provide a screenshot of the error? The more information we have, the better we can assist.

I was trying o play some audio files from a cd that I ripped on my PC, the files would work perfectly fine on Windows Media Player but not on the Real Player app, I have since solved the issue by deleting the audio files and re-ripping the cd. But thanks for getting back to me.
